The Strata LF is the smallest member of Mellor's latest low-floor bus family, offering a compact alternative to larger single-deck buses. Updated in 2025, it combines improved interior space, modern safety technology and accessible boarding with the heavy-duty foundations of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Its relatively short body makes it particularly suitable for rural services, community routes and busy urban streets where larger buses can be difficult to manoeuvre. Flexible seating and wheelchair accommodation allow the interior to be adapted to different passenger requirements.

The Strata Plus occupies the middle of Mellor's three-model low-floor range, providing greater passenger capacity without moving into conventional full-size bus territory. Its 8.1-metre body offers additional interior space and flexible seating arrangements, making it well suited to local bus operations, demand-responsive transport and community services. The latest generation benefits from a redesigned passenger area, improved accessibility and updated driver-assistance technology. With capacity for up to 26 passengers, it provides a useful compromise between the smaller Strata LF and longer Ultra.

The Strata Ultra is the largest member of Mellor's low-floor family, offering capacity for up to 30 passengers within a relatively compact 8.8-metre body. Its extended passenger area provides additional seating and standing space, making it particularly suitable for bus routes requiring more capacity than conventional minibuses can provide. Like the smaller Strata models, it uses Mercedes-Benz Sprinter mechanicals and offers accessible boarding, configurable wheelchair accommodation and modern passenger information equipment. The Ultra is an interesting alternative to larger single-deck buses on routes where passenger demand or road dimensions favour a smaller vehicle.

The Maxima is Mellor's largest passenger vehicle, built around the heavy-duty IVECO Daily platform and offering up to 32 passenger seats or configurations accommodating eight wheelchair users. Substantially redesigned in 2025, the latest model introduces a brighter interior, distinctive Sky View windscreen, improved passenger access and updated safety equipment. Unlike the low-floor Strata range, the Maxima uses a stepped front entrance and dedicated passenger lift, making it particularly suitable for specialist accessible transport. Its configurable, tracked interior and robust chassis make it an appealing choice for local authorities, healthcare providers, schools and community transport operators requiring greater passenger capacity.
