Alfa Romeo has spent more than a century building cars with unmistakable Italian style, distinctive design and genuine character. Today’s range spans compact crossovers, family SUVs and the Giulia sports saloon, with petrol, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric power available across the line-up.

The Junior provides the most accessible entry point, while the Tonale offers more space for family use. Giulia and Stelvio remain the more traditional Alfa Romeo choices, combining strong performance with a greater emphasis on driver engagement than many premium rivals.

At the top of the range, Quadrifoglio versions keep Alfa’s performance heritage very much alive, while even the more everyday models retain the sharp styling and sense of personality that continue to set the brand apart.

The Junior is Alfa Romeo’s smallest model and one of the most important additions to the range in recent years. It combines compact dimensions with useful practicality, while offering buyers a choice of mild-hybrid or fully electric power. The quicker Veloce EV adds a much more serious performance edge, but even the regular versions retain more visual character than many similarly sized crossovers.

The Tonale sits at the heart of Alfa Romeo’s family range, offering more space and practicality than the Junior while retaining distinctive styling. The latest facelift brings a sharper appearance and a more polished cabin, while hybrid and plug-in-hybrid powertrains give buyers a choice between everyday efficiency and greater electric running capability.

Despite its age, the Giulia remains one of the most rewarding executive saloons on sale. Its rear-wheel-drive layout, sharp steering and relatively light feel give it a character that is becoming increasingly rare, while the Quadrifoglio remains one of the standout performance saloons in the class. With several traditional rivals having disappeared or changed direction, the Giulia now feels more distinctive than ever.

The Stelvio remains one of the more driver-focused premium SUVs, combining useful family-car practicality with the sharp responses expected from an Alfa Romeo. The regular petrol versions offer strong performance, while the Quadrifoglio sits at the top of the range as the high-performance flagship. Its cabin technology is no longer the newest in the class, but the Stelvio still stands out for buyers who value the way an SUV drives as much as the space it provides.
